Why take a Channeling Class? Print E-mail
Learning how to channel is really about learning how to accept more love in your life, not only in the ways you normally think of it, but also by allowing yourself to receive love from your own personal guides. Think of channeling as tuning a radio to a particular frequency. You are the radio. If you've ever meditated yourself into a blissful state, imagine being in that state while channeling information to help another person or to receive answers for yourself.

Channeling is accomplished by putting your own thoughts aside and opening yourself to the bandwidth of spirit. Everyone has the ability to channel. In fact, people channel all the time when something "writes itself," for example, or when they "say the right thing" to another in a time of need, but have no idea who put the words in their mouths. Creative people experience channeling in heightened states of awareness where time seems to fly in dance, art, songwriting, poetry and music.

Most likely, your guides already surround you, wanting to help you as much as they can. Very often we limit our own ability to accept love. Guides have guidelines. They can only respond when asked. Most people don't ask for help from the spiritual realms because they do not feel deserving. Blockages of low self esteem, past negative experiences or self pity can be worked through.

Once it is seen how you limit yourself, these blockages are easy to let go. As you free yourself from the human-made conditions that hinder you from receiving love, you begin to garner love in surprising ways. More love comes to you in the form of spiritual messages, like-minded friends, opportunities for discovering your life's purpose, and the recognition of your worthiness of abundance and wealth on every level.

Classes

Once you have a connection with your guide, channeling becomes a fascinating journey. In a channeling class setting, concerns about progress are addressed in a safe environment, significant dreams and signposts of spiritual growth are interpreted. Here, obstacles are seen as teachers. Once you "get" the lesson, you free yourself from hindrances and are able to achieve what you most desire and what your loving guides desire for you.
